The Movement for the Alleluia (MPA) is a group of lay faithful called by God to share the charism of the Foundress of the Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows, Blessed Elisabetta Renzi (E.R.).
The Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life canonically erected the Movement for the Alleluia as a work proper to the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows and approved its Statute.
The laity who respond to the Lord’s call to join the Movement commit themselves to updating love for Christ and to live the spirit of service embodied by Blessed E.R in everyday life and according to their state of life in the world.
