The Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows in Zimbabwe and St Francis Chegutu Parishners says goodbye to Sr Aurelia after serving the parish and the community for ten years. Sr Aurelia Rodrigues do Nascimento is from Brazil and she came to Zimbabwe in 2009 and has been serving God’s people in her community of the Sisters in Chegutu, in pastoral work at the parish church, at our primary school as the Responsible Authority. Over these past years, she has been an inspiration with such a profound impact on people’s lives especially her contagious and energizing laughter, that many were deeply saddened by her departure. She was like a unique flower that added color, fragrance and freshness to life in the Zimbabwean mission and we are thankful to God for her.She was above all a generous gift to the community in Chegutu and the Zimbabwean Community at large.
